Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer with a minimum of4 years' experience in Interiors & PMC . The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and should be proficient in software such as Auto Cad and MS Office.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the construction of projects from start to completion, ensuring that the work is completed on schedule and within budget. The candidate must have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• candidates should have consistently delivered successful outcomes on residential and commercial building projects exceeding 8,000 square feet, demonstrating proficiency across various complexities.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate construction activities on site
• Liaise with architects, contractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality control standards are met
• Prepare progress reports and maintain records of project performance
• Provide technical advice and support to project teams
• Attend project meetings and provide input on technical issues
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Drawing checking and verifying

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of4 years' experience in interiors & PMC
• Proficient in Auto Cad and MS Office
• Good communication, presentation and coordination skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
