We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced industrial systems. This role involves managing equipment erection, troubleshooting, performing quality inspections, and coordinating with customers and project managers. Ideal candidates will excel in hands-on work, logistics, and building strong client relationships, driving cutting-edge projects in industrial automation.Key Responsibilities:Installation and Erection:Supervise installation and erection of equipment on cranes, transfer cars, and yard facilities.

• Inspect assembled equipment to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Manage site logistics, organize facilities, and ensure all equipment is fit for purpose.
• Handle document preparation and approvals, including gate passes and safety training.
• Supervise receipt, inspection, and storage of materials as per industry standards.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

• Perform routine maintenance and assist in creating preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Ensure quality inspections and compliance with safety regulations.

Customer and Project Coordination:

• Act as the primary contact for designated customers, providing regular updates and support.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships through effective management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting for all service activities.

Commissioning and Post-Commissioning Support:

• Oversee commissioning activities, ensuring smooth operation and client satisfaction.
• Provide operational support and training to clients for equipment handling.
• Identify and address operational issues with actionable reporting to the technical team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Experience: 4-6 years in installation, commissioning, and maintenance in industrial environments.
• Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of equipment erection and commissioning practices.
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in site management.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational capabilities, and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation sectors.
