Responsibilities:Job ResponsibilityTechnical supervision of all ongoing civil miscellaneous works.Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly work reports with material consumption.And wastage if any.Maintain progress charts and dates record for all activitiesNeed to Plan Material procurement in advance & planning of vendorsRaise requisitions for materials by calculating quantities as per lead timeRaise service request for work as per lead timeAllocate labour resources as per workHandling Finishing activity i.e. Plumbing / Electrical / Carpentry / Tiling etcPreparing all site work checklist / keeping records of all material testing etcPlanning & Execution of Site work as per Design & Drawing.Final handover flats to the Maintenance department / client.Ensuring the health, safety, security & environment on the project site.To inspect all works for accuracy such as formwork, reinforcement, concreteas per checklist.Follow HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) for each activityand make sure that safety is implemented at all stages of workKeep records of all incidents / accidents and make document on lessonslearntFollow the drawings and raise RFI ( Request for information)in advanceProject management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines;acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.)Location Preference - Only Mumbai Local Candidates can Applyfor this postRequisite Skills:Site Planning, Construction Management, Site Supervision,VendorManagement,Labour management, Site execution, safety regulations,coordination..Desired Qualification - Diploma/ B.E. in Civil EngineeringExperience : 3+ yrsyearsSalary range : 4 LPA to 5 LPAGender Male PrefeeredJob Location : Wagle Estate Thane.(has to travel to Sites all over Mumbai)Joining Period : Immediate
