As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with the project specifications and timelines. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience in site civil engineering Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment Proficient in using construction software and tools Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing project requirements Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Roles And Responsibilities Manage and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of construction projects Prepare and review project drawings, blueprints, and specifications Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards Monitor and track project progress, and provide timely updates to the project manager Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, site photos, and progress reports Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement cost-saving measures Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes and regulations
