Location:

Hissar, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

Site Maintenance:

Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the site, including office spaces, restrooms, and common areas.

Security Oversight:

Monitor site premises to ensure safety and security; report any suspicious activities promptly.

Inventory Management:

Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management when restocking is needed.

Coordination:

Assist in coordinating with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.

Emergency Response:

Respond to urgent maintenance issues or emergencies as they arise.

Record Keeping:

Maintain logs of maintenance activities and report any incidents or damages.?

Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum 10th grade pass.

Experience:

Prior experience in facility maintenance or caretaking roles is preferred.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures; ability to handle minor repairs.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed.

Communication:

Basic communication skills; ability to report issues clearly.?
