Position: Senior Finance and Accounts Analyst (Compliance)
Responsibilities:
1) Ensuring that all legal compliances and annual audits are completed within time by coordinating with Auditors.
2) Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
3) Convene and service AGMs, EGMs (when required) take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns including XBRL filing with appropriate departments.
4) Handling all investor queries and sharing recurring reports as per the agreement
5) Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice to the management whenever required.
6) Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date and approved by the committee.
7) Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
8) Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports, and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.
9) Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
10) Administering ESOPs plan of the company; keeping ESOP records.
11) Manage contractual agreements with suppliers and customers.
12) Ensuring the compliance of various Labour Laws to protect the interests of labour, industry and all stakeholders and at same time prevent unwanted lawsuits and penalty for non-compliance.
13) Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recording of transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, receivables, and payables.
14) Responsible for monthly reporting to the management and investors on the performance of the company.
15) Handling all investor queries and sharing recurring reports as per the agreement
16) Management of Accounts in Books and processing Invoices ensuring indirect taxes (including GST) are charged as per the applicable Laws.
Required skills and experience:
1) Practical Knowledge of Corporate Laws, Securities Laws, and ROC Compliances.
2) CS Inter/Qualified, LLB with Accounting Background.
3) Ability to work independently and effectively with the team.
4) Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
5) Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
6) Have high attention to detail, deliver reports with accuracy and stay organized.
7) Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
8) Ability to work within deadlines and take responsibility - must be able to identify the deadline for a piece of work to be completed.
