Roles & Responsibilities of a Neon Sign Maker1. Design Creation

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Create custom designs and layouts for neon signs using design software.

2. Glass Bending

• Heat glass tubing and shape it into desired forms.
• Ensure precision in bending to maintain the integrity of the design.

3. Neon Tube Filling

• Fill bent glass tubes with neon or argon gas.
• Seal tubes to prevent gas leakage.

4. Electrical Wiring

• Connect electrical components to the neon tubes.
• Ensure proper wiring for safe operation and optimal lighting.

5. Quality Control

• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Test the functionality of neon signs before installation.

6. Installation

• Install neon signs at client locations, ensuring they are securely mounted.
• Handle any necessary adjustments or repairs during the installation process.

7. Maintenance and Repair

• Provide ongoing maintenance for neon signs to ensure longevity.
• Diagnose and repair issues such as flickering lights or broken tubes.

8. Collaboration

• Work closely with other team members, including designers, electricians, and sales personnel.
