Overview: We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Siemens Experts. As a Siemens Expert, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, consultancy, and leadership in Siemens technologies. This role requires deep knowledge and expertise in Siemens products, systems, and solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical authority on Siemens products, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation solutions.
• Consultancy: Provide expert guidance and consultancy to clients on the implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of Siemens technologies within their industrial environments.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects involving Siemens technologies, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance understanding and proficiency in Siemens products and solutions.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop custom solutions using Siemens products that meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Support and Maintenance: Offer ongoing support and maintenance services for Siemens installations, resolving technical issues and optimizing system performance.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and reports related to Siemens projects and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in Siemens technologies and industry best practices, integrating new knowledge into existing and future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) working with Siemens products such as SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal, WinCC, and other industrial automation technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification(s) in Siemens technologies (e.g., Siemens Certified Professional) preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, and project deployments.
