The Senior IT Development Team Leader supervises others\xef\xbf\xbd volume and quality of work relating to the technology roadmap and standards, such as developing programme logic for new applications/products or analysing and modifying logic in existing applications (activities may also include elements of technical testing). Typically reports to the IT Development Manager.

Role purpose:
To prepare designs for Oracle SIEBEL-related projects.
To make development on Oracle SIEBEL aligned with design.
To solve SIEBEL-related defects (Application Maintenance)
Prepare SIEBEL packages for deployments.
To support related parties for Oracle SIEBEL-based issues.
Desired Candidate Profile \xef\x82\xa7 Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Mathematics Engineering and other related departments, \xef\x82\xa7 7+ years of software analysis/design/development/engineering experience on CRM applications. \xef\x82\xa7 Strong experience in Team lead or Managerial tasks. \xef\x82\xa7 Know-how and experience on software architecture, design and development technologies such as; o SIEBEL IP 2015 o PL-SQL, Oracle o Algorithms, object oriented programming o Multithreading, concurrency, o Web Service, SOAP, REST, o XML, J-Son \xef\x82\xa7 Broad knowledge and understanding of technical analysis and design patterns \xef\x82\xa7 In depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle \xef\x82\xa7 Broad knowledge of software technology and development processes, particularly Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development, disciplined agile delivery and lean development \xef\x82\xa7 Must possess a complete understanding of all aspects of test automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment concept \xef\x82\xa7 A great working knowledge of standards & technologies. \xef\x82\xa7 Eager to learn new technologies \xef\x82\xa7 Should have communication skills sufficient to be able to work in a team of international diversity. \xef\x82\xa7 Customer focused, dependable solution-oriented, hardworking, team focused \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving \xef\x82\xa7 Result oriented, strongly motivated leader with excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills \xef\x82\xa7 Eagerness for quality and continuous improvement of processes \xef\x82\xa7 Strong Presentation skills \xef\x82\xa7 Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines \xef\x82\xa7 Very good level of English proficiency
