About the Job Opportunity

We are looking for a B.Tech (Civil) graduate with over 5+ years of relevant work experience in planning and construction teams in the Real Estate sector with a focus on quality, cost control, and delivery schedule.

A go-getter, who is ethical, detail-oriented, has high ownership and a never give up attitude with high risk-taking ability is the ask., In this role, you will be responsible for leading planning and execution functions with a target of completing the project(s) within defined cost, timelines, quality, and safety standards.

You will be reporting directly to the CEO. Our leadership team includes top-ranked Chartered Accountants, MBAs from premier institutes, and a Wharton graduate.

One of the most exciting and challenging parts of this role will be to envisage and run construction activities like a manufacturing setup. If you can imagine an amalgamation of innovations and construction and are thrilled to take up the challenge of running construction activities with the efficiency of a robotic factory, this could be the role for you.

:

1. Leading planning and execution functions.

2. Exploring various construction technologies, green building concepts, alternate building materials, and implementing viable solutions.

3. Preparation and review of the project execution plan, resource plan, BOQ, BOR, rate analysis, cost analysis, and budgets.

4. Tracking of project progress and resolving deviations.

5. Review of project designs, drawings, and technical reports.

6. Sourcing & Procurement - negotiation, contract award, and review.

Key Skills Needed:

1. Should have knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, and IS codes

CTC:

1. Up to Rs. 30 lacs per year; negotiable based on competence
