Job Summary:

Samarth Jewellery Limited is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at the Visnagar location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and jewelry, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces, providing product information and advice.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall showroom sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the jewelry products and trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Merchandising:
• Ensure the showroom displays are attractive, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist in inventory management and keep track of stock levels.
• Sales Administration:
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales and customer service.
• Security and Compliance:
• Adhere to all security procedures to prevent theft or loss of merchandise.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or retail, preferably in the jewelry industry, is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• High attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in the Visnagar showroom.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,893.50 - ?20,152.49 per month
