Duties and Responsibilities:
To assist Store Manager in the day to day store operations and ensure customer satisfaction
1. Responsible to welcome and greet customers as per the wishing policy of Swiss Group.
2. Responsible to report customer enquiries to Store Manager.
3. Clean the display counter and shelves and ensure dust free products in store.
4. Physically count the stock and update it in the system.
5. Responsible to carry out daily activities of Store Manager in his absence(only the allocated person)
6. Update customer walk-in details in walk-in register.
7. Handle the products so carefully by using gloves and displaying the product in trays.
8. Impart knowledge to customer by explaining the features, benefits and advantages of products.
9. Assist the customer in comparing and selecting suitable product.
10. Responsible to communicate offers and schemes clearly to customers.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
