In-Store Sales Promoter - Solar Battery & Inverter @ CROMA

Position Overview:



We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven In-Store Sales Promoter to represent our solar inverter products at retail locations. The ideal candidate will engage customers, promote the benefits of our solar inverters, and drive sales by providing exceptional product knowledge and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Engagement & Sales:

Actively engage with customers visiting the store to understand their energy needs. Provide detailed information about solar inverters, highlighting features, benefits, and cost savings. Demonstrate the functionality and advantages of the product using in-store displays or demo units. Address customer queries and resolve concerns to ensure a smooth buying experience. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.

Product Promotion & Awareness:

Educate customers about the importance of renewable energy and the role of solar inverters in reducing energy costs. Distribute promotional materials and encourage customers to consider solar solutions. Participate in in-store events, campaigns, or product launches to boost product visibility.

Inventory & Display Management:

Ensure the proper setup and maintenance of product displays. Regularly check stock levels and coordinate with the store and company for replenishment. Report any issues with product availability or display materials to the supervisor.

Market Feedback & Reporting:

Gather customer feedback regarding product features, pricing, and suggestions for improvement. Monitor competitor activities and promotions to provide insights for strategy adjustments. Submit daily/weekly sales and activity reports to the supervisor.

Key Requirements:



Educational Qualification:

High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in electronics, electricals, inverter, renewable energy, or related fields.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Sales targets achieved. Customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Product knowledge and promotional activity effectiveness. Accuracy in reporting and inventory management.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
