Duties and responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service
• Greet and Engage Customers : Welcome customers as they enter the showroom and engage with them to understand their needs.
• Product Demonstration : Provide detailed information and demonstrations of furniture products, highlighting features, benefits, and usage.
• Sales Assistance : Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their preferences, needs, and budget. Offer suggestions and alternatives as necessary.
• Closing Sales : Guide customers through the purchasing process, address any queries, and complete sales transactions efficiently.
• Follow-Up : Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, handle any issues, and encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge
• Product Expertise : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the showroom's furniture range, including materials, dimensions, features, and pricing.
• Stay Updated : Keep abreast of new product launches, trends in furniture design, and updates in product lines.
Inventory Management
• Stock Management : Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure the showroom is well-stocked with popular items.
• Inventory Coordination : Coordinate with the inventory team to reorder items as needed and manage display stock.
Showroom Maintenance
• Display Arrangement : Organize and maintain attractive, inviting, and functional product displays that highlight the features of the furniture.
• Cleanliness and Order : Ensure the showroom is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
Administrative Tasks
• Documentation : Handle sales documentation, including invoices, receipts, and sales reports.
• Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory updates.
Customer Relationship Management
• Customer Database : Develop and maintain a customer database, capturing essential details for future marketing efforts and personalized service.
• Customer Feedback : Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Marketing and Promotions
• Sales Promotions : Assist in the planning and execution of sales promotions and events to attract customers.
• Merchandising : Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and appeal.
Team Collaboration
• Team Coordination : Work collaboratively with other sales executives and showroom staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Training and Development : Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Handling Customer Complaints
• Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
