Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry pieces based on their preferences, needs, and budgets.

- Provide product knowledge and educate customers about the features, materials, and craftsmanship of the jewelry.

- Offer styling suggestions and guidance to customers, ensuring they find the perfect jewelry pieces.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of jewelry products in the store.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing new merchandise.

- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management activities.

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including display cases and product presentation areas.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new collections and sales events.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and maximizing sales opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

- Support ad-hoc retail and customer service projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent education is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury industry, is a plus.

- Strong passion for jewelry and a keen eye for aesthetics.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

- Customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry materials is a plus.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
