• Greeting customers, answering their questions, and providing product information
• Sales executives are usually the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. They work to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients.
• Sales executives work closely with marketing to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Sales executives conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
