: Showroom Order Fulfillment Executive

Role: Order Fulfillment Executive

Timings - 10AM-7AM

Experience Required: 2-4 years Salary:

?2.5 to ?3 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities:

2. Shipping and Logistics Coordination:-Coordinate with logistics partners to streamline shipping and delivery. - Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues.

3. Inventory Support:- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure product availability for order fulfillment. - Communicate stock shortages and assist in replenishment planning

4. Customer Support: - Address queries related to orders, shipping, and delivery timelines. - Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.

5. Vendor and Partner Coordination: - Liaise with vendors and artisans to ensure timely product readiness for orders. - Maintain positive relationships to ensure smooth operations.

6. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate order fulfillment reports and share insights with the team. - Identify trends or bottlenecks and propose solutions for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or related operations. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operations. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
