As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service to showroom visitors, assisting them in finding products, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Train and supervise showroom staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute showroom promotions, events, and displays to attract customers and drive foot traffic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, within the showroom environment.
- Represent Orvi Design Studio in a professional and presentable manner at all times.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or home furnishings industry.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office suite.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
