Position Title: Showroom Executive - Solar EquipmentLocation: Varthur (Whitefield), BangaloreNo Of Positions: 1Position Summary: The Showroom Executive will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our solar equipment showroom, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
Provide detailed information about solar products and services, including benefits, features, and pricing.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
Understand and address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest solar products and industry trends.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and orders.
Coordinate with the sales team to meet and exceed showroom sales targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
Manage inventory and ensure products are well-displayed and in stock.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the Showroom Manager when necessary.
Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of solar products and their applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
Ability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
Occasional travel may be required for training or promotional events.
