Show Producer, your role encompasses overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that each phase--from pre-production to post-production--runs smoothly and meets the project's objectives. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities:
Pre-Production : Planning and Preparation
Topic Selection : Identify and develop engaging topics for upcoming shoots, aligning with the show's vision and audience preferences.
Crew Assessment : Evaluate the skills and capabilities of the cameraman and other crew members to set realistic and practical standards for output.
Equipment Check : Ensure all necessary gear and assets are prepared and available for the shoot, preventing any disruptions during production.
Production : Execution and Oversight
On-Set Supervision : Oversee the filming process to ensure that the cameraman and crew deliver footage that meets the established expectations and quality standards.
Post-Production : Review and Finalization
Footage Assignment : Organize and assign the recorded footage to the Editing Team Leader, facilitating an efficient editing process to achieve the desired final product.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
• Performance bonus
