Job AccountabilitiesPlanning and budgetinga.Liaise with core marketing and Performing Arts teams to develop marketing and communications plans for all Cultural Centre(NMACC) programmingb.Detailed budgeting and planning to optimise brand and deliver commercial objectives.c.Single point of contact for all communication platform requirementsd.Managing timelines and deliverables with multiple internal and external stakeholderse.Evaluating and identifying audience profiles and behavioral characteristics unique to each programmef.Applying this audience knowledge to devise program-specific marketing mix and execution plansExecutiona)Work closely with the programming digital managers to ensure all creative assets required to market the show are received on time and are of high qualityb) Ensure that the digital, social teams & external ticketing platforms to deliver accurate and high-quality listings, as well as promotion plan using the creative assetsc)Manage, track, and deliver multiple concurrent projects as per pre-defined delivery schedulesd) Liaise with internal stake holders including programming, technical, house management, ticketing staff and, artistic creators, artistic managers, education and training professionals, agenciese)Work closely with the social media team for in-depth briefings, creative ideation and pre, during, and post show coverage of shows and artistic contentf)Exceptional quality control in keeping with the brand positioning and management expectationg) Responsible for revenues generated through ticket sales across platformsMonitoring, evaluation, and reportinga)Monitoring of box office performance of each project.
