It connects over 1 million people with a very strong presence offline as well as online business platforms.
We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, and create a social media strategy that aids not just in promoting our services but also in building a 'voice' across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for implementation (day to day operations) and he/she can think strategy in line with business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for executing strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to drive and underpin brand engagement and commercial KPIs for the business.
• Setting clear monthly goals and performance metrics to grow users, followers, and engagement.
• Responsible for management to develop tactical, culturally relevant, creative, unique social media content.
• Drive revenue growth via media business.
• influencer engagements
• Developing and executing content plans for email, Google, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and community channels like WhatsApp).
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Creating amazing content copy, graphics, videos, captions, and hashtags for ads, posts, stories and reels
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Defining KPIs and performance metrics to track these campaigns and report the results on an ongoing basis
Required Skills and Qualification:
• Proficiency in shopify platforms
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Graduate (any related filed)
• Prior experience in handling Amazon+ Flipcart is preferred
• Independent and innovative self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Must know about Strategy planning and Community management
• Understanding of how content works on social
• Basics Knowledge of copywriting with good communication and data analysis skills
