If you are a team player, with a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference, then we want to hear from you Roles & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize our Shopify store\'s backend infrastructure which has over 800 products Integrate and maintain third-party apps, APIs, and services to enhance the store\'s functionality Collaborate with the front-end development team to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code, adhering to best practices and industry standards Troubleshoot and resolve any backend-related issues, ensuring maximum uptime and performance Continuously research and implement new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to improve the store\'s backend infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to meet project milestones and deliverables Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed This Role Requires: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Shopify and e-commerce platforms Expertise in server-side languages, such as Ruby on Rails, Python, or Node.js (Either of the one is must) In-depth knowledge of Shopify\'s Liquid template language, API, and app ecosystem Proficient in database management, with experience using PostgreSQL or other relational databases Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Nice to Have: Experience with front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
