Job Description
Requirements Proven experience in food production or manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role. Preferred candidates from food production industry only. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and quality control processes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with production planning software and Microsoft Office applications. Supervise and coordinate the activities of food production workers, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards. Provide guidance, training, and support to production staff.
