Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Greet customers and assist with their bakery purchases. Provide information about bakery products and make recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area. Restock shelves and ensure product displays are visually appealing. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to health and safety regulations when handling food items. Assist with inventory management and report stock shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Increasing in store sales. Superior product knowledge. Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor. Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers. Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
