We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shop-In-Charge to oversee our retail operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a proven track record in managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock management.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
• Prepare reports based on sales and inventory.
Qualifications:
• High secondary, diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
