Shop Floor Supervisor
Job Description
We are •Metal Fabrication Unit• Looking for •Shop Floor Supervisor•
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
Coordinate and supervise shift operations to ensure they meet productivity targets and quality standards
Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress
Handle customer and employee and workplace complaints
Transfer products and other objects to and from the worksite on occasion
Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws.
Coordinate for materials needed for production with purchase
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed.
Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. ITI with min. 8 years' experience or Diploma with 5 years exp.
2. Should have worked in fabrication ( Press / weld shop)
3. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
4. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
