Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Floor Manager to lead our team and drive sales and promotions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive leader who can foster a positive environment and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Promotions:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve showroom targets.

Organize and manage promotional activities to boost showroom traffic and sales.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Relationship Management:

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Showroom Operations:

Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and showroom maintenance.

Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and guidance as needed.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar managerial role in the building materials industry.

Strong knowledge of premium flooring and wall solutions, both imported and Indian brands.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management position.

Fluency in English and Malayalam is preferred.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
