Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Studio Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing visual styling for photo and video shoots. Your work will directly contribute to the aesthetic vision of the studio and ensure that every project aligns with brand's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-production Styling: Collaborate with the photographer to understand the vision for each shoot. Select appropriate clothing, props, and accessories based on the creative brief and the specific theme of the project.
• Wardrobe Styling: Source, style, and organize clothing and accessories for models, talent, and product shoots. Ensure clothing fits and looks visually appealing on camera.
• Prop Management: Source, purchase, and organize props required for shoots, ensuring they complement the overall styling and theme.
• On-Set Styling: Work on set to adjust, arrange, and fine-tune looks during the shoot, ensuring that everything is presented in the best light possible. Make adjustments to hair, makeup, and clothing as necessary.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion, interior, and lifestyle trends to ensure that the studio's styling is current, innovative, and aligned with industry standards.
• Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with photographer, directors, and other team members to ensure smooth execution of shoots. Communicate effectively to convey the styling vision.
• Post-production Styling: Assist with organizing and reviewing the photoshoots to ensure that the final images reflect the intended styling choices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a stylist in a studio or similar setting, with a strong portfolio to showcase your work.
• Deep knowledge of fashion, trends, and styling techniques, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with photographers, directors, clients, and models.
• Proficiency in the use of styling tools and techniques.
• Creativity, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset.
• A degree or certification in fashion design, styling, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
