Job Description

Skills Required:

• Should have a good understanding of international logistics operations, related documentation, supply chain management, and industry-specific jargon
• Experience with international logistics and customs clearance procedures.
• Well-versed with import-export documentation, Incoterms, and procedures
• Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service and client communication; must be soft spoken and customer-oriented
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

KRAs

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving logistics-related inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
• Communicating with international clients to receive and process orders
• Coordinate with warehousing teams to manage storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
