Skills Required:

Should have a good understanding of international logistics operations, related documentation, supply chain management, and industry-specific jargon

Experience with international logistics and customs clearance procedures.

Well-versed with import-export documentation, Incoterms, and procedures

Excellent communication skills (English) and interpersonal skills.

Experience in customer service and client communication; must be soft spoken and customer-oriented

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

KRAs

Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving logistics-related inquiries and issues. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. Communicating with international clients to receive and process orders Coordinate with warehousing teams to manage storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities. Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delays. Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers.
