Job Title:-Assistant: Support Services - Shipping Entry ( This position is for 1 year only ) To provide professional service & support in Logistics process of Hettich which ensure about customer satisfaction through quality & standard processes. The primary responsibility is to enter ETA dates for the shipments from any part of the world to other region over the globe. Based on given shipping information & through definite processes, ensure on time entry in SAP. To provide support for Corporate Logistics department through timely updation of change information in host system by adhering to defined procedures. Prepare & provide authentic data as required which may be needed for various analysis with accuracy for further processing or information. Ensure timely support & feedback for assigned tasks & if required to further communicate the concerns. Highlight irregularities & provide updates to maintain system hygiene. Expected Experience(years)-1-2 yrs. core experience in SAP data management (updation / maintenance) Qualification. Bachelor degree of reputed University from any stream 2. Certification course in SCM field will be added advantage Personal Qualities / Abilities Good communicator with English language Confident with positive attitude, initiative taker, proactive, good team player Technical Knowledge needed On hand experience in SAP R3 MM module data maintenance Well versed in MS Word, Excel & Power point.
