JOB DUTIES1. Liasoning with New Freight Forwarder & Shipping Lines for Export & Import of Containers, Negotiate the Annual or Quarterly Contracts with Shipping Lines.2. Make Booking of Empty Containers (20ft, 40ft, 40ft HQ, LCL, AIR) with Freigth Forwarders & Shipping Lines.3. Arrange the Shipping Order Copies for the Shipments / Containers Booked for Export or Import.4. Cordinate the SI ""Shipping Instructions"" from Operatiosn Team & CRM to communicate with Freigth Forwarders or Shipping Lines.5. Plan & Arrange the Container Loading with Origin Agents, Manufacturer at the Plant to ensure the Container Stuffing before Cut Off Dates.6. Maintain Timetable of Vessel Schedules, Booking Copies, Cut Off Dates, ETd and ETA of the Shipments as per the Pre-Plan of CRM, Operations, Purchase Team.7. Cordinate with Internal Team for Arrange the SI / VGM & Submit it to Freight Forwarder / Shipping Lines.8. BL Draft Checking as per the Shippng Instructions & Approvals.9. Finalise the BL within 3 Days of the ETD10. Arrange Payments for the Shipments as per the Due Dates or Credit Facilitys.11. Arrange the Telex Release, Sea Way copy of the BL.12. Zero Tolerance on the Detention & Demmurage13. Handiover of the Finalsed Shipping Documents to Operations Team within the Deadline.14. To prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Report on the Shipments, Booking and Monthly PlanJob Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per monthSchedule:
