Shift Technician
Job Description
Performing Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
Install, assemble and test new machines and equipment; understand and comply with workplace safety regulations.
Inspect machines regularly in case of malfunctions, including visual inspections, listening for irregular noises and conducting scheduled testing as appropriate.
Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time critical equipment repairs.
Perform emergency repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic.
Identify and replace worn or damaged parts in a timely manner.
Read and comply with work warranty service, modification or installation of machinery.
Work effectively with other team members in a healthy environment.
Undertake self-development activities as required by the business.
Control the maintenance cost & reduce breakdown losses.
Ensure the maintenance related activities & documentations are maintained as per QMS systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
