Shift Supervisor - Production (CNC Machining)

For Reputed Engineering Manufacturing Company

Qualification: Diploma-Mechanical
Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Salary: Upto 4.00 Lacks P/A
Preferred Industry: Auto Ancillary / CNC Machining

:

Machining cnc production department

Proper manpower utilization for his shift,arrange manpower to get maximum productivity

Arrange raw meterial form cnc location to machine

Maintain insert consumption record for his shift

Converyor drop rings are collected and recorded form scrap yard and outside of conveyor

Fill in the log book for his shift at the end of the shift

Cycletime & target varification

Monitoring and signing production charts,monitor hourlt production and rejection

Cheak the condition of the machine at the beginning of the shift and report the breakdown machine to the maintenance team

Cheak product quality and sign in to the settings report after the new setup is complete

If an input quality problem is come, discuss with the relevant department and repport to the team leader

Monitor that no one leaves his machine early during lunch time and shift change time

Daily pm cheak sheet verification

Break down maintenance slip

Process parameter chart fill up

R/w monitoring (report)

Rejection monitoring (report)

Tag ( green,yellow,red)

Ensure all documents available at his location with latest revison. (w.i ,cp ,etc..)

Auto parts inprocess report fillup

Daily ring give for contracer

Daily production bord update

Maintain 5s proper in shop floor
