Job Title: Branch Incharge

Job Summary: As the Branch Incharge at Easy Bites by Empire, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of our restaurant branch. You will ensure efficient restaurant operations, excellent customer service, and adherence to company policies and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for the food and hospitality industry, and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the restaurant branch to ensure smooth functioning, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the branch.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational requirements.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints efficiently and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and operational metrics as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and management.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation practices.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry.
