Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 3-5 years experience in CNC Turning and Milling Operations with knowledge of CNC Programming and having hands on experience in machine shop activities in Machine Building Industry /Machine Shoop/ Engineering Industry prefered.

Soft Skills : Good Communication & Co-ordination Skills, Positive Attitude, Self Confident, Team Management Skills, Coaching Team Members, Developing Skills of Team Members, Hard Working, Committed, Flexible, creative thinking, Trouble Shooting Skills.

Technical Skills:

• Good Technical Skills
• CNC Programming ( Turning & Milling) exposure

• Production Planning of shifts ( 1st & 2nd shifts)
• Supervising production activities of CNC Oprs ( Turning & Milling)
• Machine Shop activities
• Preperation of Jobcards of each machine/machine opr
• Manpower Planning of the shifts
• Weekly shift list of machine shop
• Meeting daily /monthly production targets of the company
• Production Planning & Control
• Co-ordination with cpm-2 for machining works & daily loads
• Handling 10 Turning Machine Oprs & 3 Milling Machine Oprs
• Exposure to CNC Programming

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
