(Chemistry) / MSc (Organic, Industrial, Analytical) \xe2\x80\x93 Full time course. 5. Experience Years: Minimum 03 Years to 10 Years 6. Experience Profile: Shift operation experience in Continuous Process Chemical Hazard Plant 7. : \xef\x82\xb7 Abide by safe operating procedures within operating range \xef\x82\xb7 Act as first responder to emergencies \xef\x82\xb7 Suggest safety improvements \xef\x82\xb7 Safe handling of hazardous materials and plant wastes Contribute to housekeeping \xef\x82\xb7 Support contract workmen on safe working \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and control field equipment as per SOPs, SOCs, LLF checklist and ODR instruments \xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate closely with shift superintendent/panel executive \xef\x82\xb7 Collect and deliver samples from the field for laboratory testing \xef\x82\xb7 Report promptly any abnormal observations to shift engineer /panel executive \xef\x82\xb7 Handover / takeover of equipment from maintenance \xef\x82\xb7 Perform condition monitoring using portable instruments (ODR) \xef\x82\xb7 Perform minor troubleshooting \xef\x82\xb7 Perform minor maintenance \xef\x82\xb7 To contribute towards reduction of waste /handling of chemicals \xef\x82\xb7 To operate equipment efficiently \xef\x82\xb7 Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement \xef\x82\xb7 Following latest safety guidelines, management guide line like, TQM, EFQM, QCC, 5S etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain shift logs for respective area /equipment \xef\x82\xb7 Follow instructions received from shift superintendent /engineer /panel officer \xef\x82\xb7 Member of Auxiliary Fire Squad Skills & Competencies: \xef\x82\xb7 Good housekeeping \xef\x82\xb7 Upkeep of Fire and Safety equipment in his area \xef\x82\xb7 Field logbook / LLF checklist \xef\x82\xb7 Segregation of waste \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain equipment health through LLF and report equipment abnormality \xef\x82\xb7 Fulfilment of identified training needs for self Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 980,000.00 per month Benefits:
