SHIFT MANAGER JD:
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and beverage operations. Their role includes budget management, team leadership, customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Here are the key responsibilities of a Shift Manager:
Managing Operations: The Operations Executive oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the department within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Your daily tasks will majorly involve:

Mise Planning
o
Ensuring that the KPT of your specific outlet remains between 8 to 10 minutes
o
Following outlet opening and closing checklist
o
Working on strategies for waste control
o
Ensuring vendor invoicing and GRN process is up to date
o
Packaging preparation is at par at all times
Stock Management: As a Shift manager you will be responsible for indent planning, managing inventory levels, and optimising costs.
o
Order planning depends on the in-hand stock of perishable items, dry store items and sales reports generated from the POS System.
o
Assisting with weekly (every Sunday), assets (every 25th of the month) and closing inventory (on the last working day of the month).
Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts. Collaborate with the outlet or shift manager for inventory-related processes.
Staff Management: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Lead our kitchen teams by training, and appraising talented personnel. Effective team management is crucial for maintaining quality service.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction is a priority. Managers respond proactively to customer concerns and continuously improve the overall delivery experience.
Health and Safety Compliance: Managers maintain health and safety standards, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Cost Management: Monitor and implement cost-saving measures and strategies, such as reducing waste and optimizing ingredient usage
