Hello,Greetings for the day !!!We are hiring "Data Center Shift Manager" for our organization which is an top notch data center based in Bangalore !!!:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Planning, Organizing, and Supervising operations & Maintenance of DC Building in shift.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for maintenance and service of Civil (Interior\\Exterior), HT/LT Electrical system, DGs, Fire Alarm System, HVAC systems, WLDA, Rodent repellent , VESDA, BMS, Access Control, Video Surveillance in shift.\xc2\xb7 AMC and Vendor management with preparation of SLA.\xc2\xb7 Material / Spares Inventory Management.\xc2\xb7 Asset Management.\xc2\xb7 Preparation and implementation of various equipments SOP, EOP MOP, SLA checklist etc.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for preparing the MOP and present to the Change management\xc2\xb7 Responsible for attend the breakdown & following the process of incident management.\xc2\xb7 Coordinates response to emergency situations that may impact operations. Monitor the execution of facility policies and practices and ensure that facilities team follows organisational and government operation and safety standard.\xc2\xb7 Shift planning and deployment of manpower efficiently.\xc2\xb7 Various DC Infra reports i.e. daily, weekly and monthly report.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for overall Internal and external audits.\xc2\xb7 Timely verification of energy bill and follow up for payments, maintain load & power factor to achieve max incentives\xc2\xb7 Capacity management and execution of customer requirement in operational set up.\xc2\xb7 Physical security controls and fire safety management.\xc2\xb7 Carrying out the activities adhere to the CAPEX and OPEX Budget.\xc2\xb7 Develops and implements standards and practice to improve operational efficiency.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for providing technical expertise, tasking, training and oversight to facilities team member.Experience: 6+ yrsLocation: BangaloreJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb9800,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
