1.1 Ensure to comply Relay co-ordination as per guidance of HOD





1.2 Ensure implementation of effectiveness of FAS system across all plant MCC,DCS,PCC, battery room, control room & UPS room





1.3 Ensure 100% PM Compliance





1.4 Completion of all statutory compliances like Transformer oil testing, relay testing, Energy meter testing, earth pit testing as per schedule In order to ensure smooth operations of Power Plant.





1.5 Preventive & breakdown maintenance of maintenance of switch yard, Transformer, PMC , MCC, Gas turbine & steam turbine generator, CFBC boiler & its auxiliaries ,CT & PT , breakers, isolators, LA, HT & LT line,UPS & battery back up systems, process related electrical equipment's. Conditioning & monitoring of all power plant electrical equipment.





1.6 Monitoring on the critical path and ensure timely mobilization of all the resources required to complete the critical activities on time.





1.7 Review and monitoring electrical maintenance activities of power plants on day to day basis.





1.8 Analysis of all elements of power plant electrical operation and subsequent corrective and preventive measures.





1.9 Inspection of receipt spare & accepting & rejecting material.





1.10 Developing ideginious spare & development of new vendor. Collecting offer for new spare & vendor development & registration.





1.11 Plant start up & synchronizing turbine Generator with grid





Planning, Procurement & documentation





2.1 Execute OTC Part in time & cost





2.2 Documentation for ISO, PM , HK etc.





2.3 Plan and complete electrical Maintenance as per budget





2.4 Stock keeping of electrical spare & intending & maintaining critical, consumable electrical spare.





2.5 Maintain inventory of spare parts, ensure timely delivery, to plan maintenance dates, co-ordinate with the contractor / external agencies





2.6 Inspection of receipt spare & accepting & rejecting material.





2.7 SAP maintenance activity & bill booking





Safety and Housekeeping





3.1 Ensure no safety incidents happen during any electrical work





To ensure Safe work with Housekeeping standards





3.2 Implementation of 5S systems in Plant.Cleaning of equipment's as per schedule.





3.2 Conducting safety training in power plant & implementing standard safety practices.





To ensure Safe work with Housekeeping standards





Special Projects





4.1 Execute of Special Projects assigned by Management or initiated by HOD, within timeline and budget (e.g. provide FLP Junction box for street lights, carry out cable tray & Cables dressing across plant, provide 100% ?-MPD in place of Thermal Magnetic Relay in 3-phase motors)





4.2 Collecting data from GEB, other UPL units, electrical department for preparation of monthly wheeling file. Liaoning with GEB, Electrical Inspectorate office, SLDC for wheeling & electricity duty. Sealing & energy meter calibrations. Maintaining records of all above.





4.3 Execution of one time capex & Technical inputs in Power Plant Projects & Electrical execution of Power Plant Project
