• Staff management: Directing and motivating staff, providing training, and ensuring adequate staffing coverage.
• Quality control: Ensuring the quality of products and services, and addressing customer service and product quality issues.
• Cash management: Handling cash transactions, managing bank deposits, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
• Reporting and communication: Reporting on shift operations to upper management, and maintaining clear communication with staff and management.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conflict resolution: Handling conflicts and managing disputes to maintain harmony and efficiency .
• Customer satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performance targets: Meeting performance targets .
