If you\'re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there\'s only one choice.Shift Incharge UtilityPOSITION PURPOSE:Organize, coordinate and control shift operations and maintenance activities to provide utility services to entire factory at optimum efficiency.Ensure safety of all operations, manpower and assets of the company by adhering to the Safety and statutory requirements.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operation Control: Maintain the Utility equipment like Boilers, DM Plant, Chilling plant, PSA Nitrogen plant, Air compressor, HVAC, Pump & Cooling tower etc. in working condition to meet the demand of services required for production plant. Identify the deviation in operating parameters & trouble shoot the deviation.
• PM plan & execution: Plan & execute the preventive maintenance as per schedule. Ensure the availability of specialized services, tools, tackles for timely completion of Maintenance activity.
• Inventory of spare & consumable: Ensure the availability of spares & consumable for breakdown & preventive maintenance by maintaining the inventory through SAP system.
• Resource Utilization: Efficient utilization of manpower for uninterrupted supply of utility services as per SOP. Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of man & machine.
• MIS / Other Reporting: Maintain the record of generation & consumption report. Supporting Head Energies for Monthly Reports & MCM Presentation, Preparation of data for other requirements.
• Legal & other requirement: Compliance of all legal, Statutory requirements applicable for area of responsibility.
• Updating & compliance of all ISO, QHSE & corporate requirements.: Maintain record related to QHSE, ISO & other Audit compliance etc.
• Training: Provide technical, safety & need based training to employees at regular interval to develop operational & safety excellence.
• Modification & project activity: Co-ordinate with internal/ external, customer, organize, review & execution of modification & project activity.
• Issue of Job permit: Issue of required permit for execution of job after carrying necessary job safety analysis.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Must be Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 year or Diploma in Mechanical engineering with
• 6-8 year in Utility plant operation & maintenance.
• Knowledge of SAP (MM Module)
• Certified Energy Auditor/ Energy Manager, BOE is preferable.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point.
• Proactive approach with good communication skills & Analytical ability,
• Enthusiastic, Flexible & competent to adopt change.
