Job Title: Shift Incharge

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

Salary: 25,000 INR per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Education: Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Job Type: Full-time, Shift

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage operations and maintenance activities of the entire building.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Supervise a team of technicians and maintenance staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor equipment performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Handle shift scheduling and manage overtime as per legal requirements.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in operations and maintenance of commercial or residential buildings.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems and electrical installations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Good leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
