Job Description
Position:Shift Incharge - ProductionLocation:VadodaraExperience:5 - 10 YearsIndustries: Pharma xe2x80x93 APIResponsibilities:
- Supervising production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Managing a team of operators, technicians, and other staff, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Monitoring production performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with GMP, SOPs, and environmental health and safety regulations.
- Coordinating with other departments like Quality Control, Maintenance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining shift reports, daily production logs, and ensuring smooth handover between shifts.
- Experience with production planning and team management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability.
- Negotiating skills.
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Power point .
