Position: Shift Incharge - Production
Location: Mudinepalli, Eluru Dist.
Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: Diploma/B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Shift Incharge to lead our team at the feed plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations during their shift, ensuring production efficiency, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor machine operations and address any issues promptly.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators to optimize performance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and shift reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the feeds industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
