Shift In Charge Production (injection Moulding)
Job Description
1. Responsible for Mould loading & Unloading
2. Responsible for Mould Machine Maintenance
3. Responsible for Mould set up, Parameter setting and Process Trouble shooting.
2. Preparation of daily & weekly shift schedule to meet the production requirement.
4. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipment's for full targeted output.
5. Responsible for Manpower planning and motivating the entire team for higher productivity.
6. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework.
8. Preparing production reports by applying knowledge of Kaizen
Educational Qualification : Diploma in Plastic Technology / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience : Qualified candidates should have minimum 4years of work Experiance in Plastic Injection Moulding industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Rotational shift

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
• Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
• Plastics injection molding: 2 years (Required)
Language:
• English, Tamil, Kannada (Preferred)
Shift availability:
• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
• 25% (Preferred)
