The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, meeting quality and output standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met consistently.
Monitor production processes and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
Manage and train shift personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate production logs and prepare shift reports.
Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and lean manufacturing practices.
Address employee concerns and provide support to enhance productivity and morale.
