Job Description

• Supervising the end-to-end process of plastic moulding
• Ensuring the final product is as per the quality and production norms
• Understanding the process and suggesting process improvements
• Managing operational productivity, manpower and material in the shift/line
• Ensuring the deployment, motivation, skills improvement and overall management of the team
• should be able to process different type of raw materials
• Should have good knowledge in Mould maintenance
• expertise in the different parameters pertinent to the moulding process
• In-depth knowledge of the various plastics, moulding die, coolants and additives used
• Understanding of the different types of manufacturing processes, raw materials and machines, etc.
• Expertise in lifting and loading the materials involved
• Understanding of basic arithmetic and calculation methods for tolerance limits
• Expertise in using measurement instruments and other inspection tools
• Ability to identify defects in the output and knowing the impact of it
• Ability to visualize the final product output
• Understanding of the key areas of power, steam and air consumption
• Hands on experience in mould loading & Unloading

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
