This is a full-time, junior-level position based in Himatnagar. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the production shift while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience of 1-3 years in a similar role within the food industry and production
• Strong leadership skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively guide and manage a production team.
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) for clear and concise communication with team members and other departments.
• Proficient problem-solving ability (Mandatory skill) to quickly address and resolve issues that arise during production shifts.
• Effective time management skills to ensure production schedules are met efficiently.
• Sound decision-making abilities to make quick and informed decisions under pressure.
• Team management skills to foster a collaborative work environment and motivate team members.
• Conflict resolution capabilities to amicably address and resolve disputes within the team.
• Adaptability to quickly adjust to changes in production schedules or methods.
• BE Food Processing or BE Mechanical preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the production shift to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with all quality control and safety standards to maintain product integrity.
• Manage, train, and mentor production team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the shift, including equipment malfunctions and personnel conflicts.
• Prepare and maintain shift reports to document production metrics and any incidents.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless transitions and communication.
• Implement and monitor workplace policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
